What we do

Seven services, all of them retained or quoted against a written specification. Nothing is priced by the hour.

Retained, weekly through daily, with a named housekeeper and a named deputy.

Seasonal, and before a house is returned to. Descaling is most of the work in London.

Three stages, worked to your contractor's programme. One clean at the end always fails.

Cleaning, sealing, stain drawing and honing out etch damage. Etching is not staining.

Silk, wool and antique, tested before treated, and referred on where it should be.

Handled in the house, nothing sent out. Seasonal rotation, correct storage, moth prevention.

Worked against the check-in report, because that is the document a dispute is decided on.
