Commercial Cleaning in London
Offices, consulting rooms, studios and serviced apartments, cleaned around your working day rather than through it. Written specification, the same team each visit, and the paperwork your building manager will ask for before we set foot in the place.
What we clean, and when
Most of our commercial work runs early morning or evening, outside occupied hours. Where a site needs daytime cover, a day porter is quoted separately.
Covered on every visit
- Desks, surfaces and shared tables; telephones and switch plates sanitised
- Meeting rooms reset, glass and whiteboards cleaned
- Kitchens and tea points: worktops, sinks, appliance exteriors, inside the microwave
- Washrooms: full clean, descale, consumables restocked
- Reception and circulation areas, including glazed doors and fingerplates
- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped to the correct method for the surface
- Waste and recycling removed to the agreed point, bins relined
On a scheduled rotation
- Internal glazing and partitions
- High-level dusting, vents, light fittings and cable trays
- Carpet extraction and hard floor maintenance
- Upholstered seating
- Kitchen deep cleans, including appliance interiors
Who we work for
Offices and studios. Small to mid-sized sites across West and Central London, typically five to eighty desks.
Consulting rooms and clinics. Common across Marylebone and the Harley Street grid. Cleaning is scheduled around consulting hours and the specification states plainly what we do and do not touch in a clinical space.
Serviced apartments and short lets. On a turnover schedule rather than a fixed rota, with linen handled if you want it.
Galleries, showrooms and retail. Where presentation is the product and the clean has to be finished before the doors open.
Managing agents and landlords. Communal parts, entrance halls and stairwells on a fixed visit pattern.
The paperwork, before you ask for it
Commercial work lives or dies on whether the supplier turns up with the right documents. We provide all of this as standard rather than when chased:
Public liability insurance, certificate supplied on request and renewed without prompting. Employer's liability, because our people are employed rather than introduced. Risk assessments and method statements for the site. COSHH data sheets for every product we bring in.
Vetting. A current Basic DBS check on every member of staff before a first visit, with an Enhanced check where the role is eligible. Right-to-work verified and documented. Photographic identification carried at all times, and staff lists provided to building security in advance.
Keys and alarms held under the same protocol as our residential work: numbered safe, never labelled with an address, signed in and out against a named individual.
How a contract starts
We survey the site, walk every area, and agree a written specification: what is cleaned on each visit, what is on rotation and at what interval, consumables, and who holds responsibility for what. You approve it before anything begins.
You get a named account contact who is not the cleaner on site, and a supervisor who visits on a schedule rather than only after a complaint. Both matter more in commercial work than domestic, because the person who notices a problem is rarely the person who can fix it.
Contracts are monthly, with a notice period rather than a minimum term. If the specification stops matching the site, which it will as a business grows, we revise it instead of quietly doing less.
Questions
Common questions
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial work runs early morning or evening. Daytime cover is quoted separately as a day porter.
Do you carry insurance and provide method statements?
Yes. Public liability, employer's liability, risk assessments, method statements and COSHH data sheets are provided as standard rather than on request.
Are your staff vetted?
A current Basic DBS check before a first visit, with an Enhanced check where the role is eligible. Right to work verified, photographic identification carried, and staff lists provided to building security in advance.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No minimum term. Contracts run monthly with a notice period, because a supplier who needs to lock you in for a year is telling you something about their service.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes, if you want us to. Washroom consumables, bin liners and hand soap can sit inside the monthly figure or be billed separately, whichever suits your accounting.
Can you cover a one-off or an emergency?
Yes. Post-event cleans, builders' snagging and short-notice cover are quoted individually. Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it properly.
