Where we work in Victoria

Our Victoria round covers the new blocks around Victoria Street and Cardinal Place, the apartments and offices at Nova, and the older stock behind them towards Petty France, Buckingham Gate and Horseferry Road.

The balance here leans commercial. Offices, serviced buildings and consulting rooms make up most of the work, with a growing number of lateral apartments in the newer blocks alongside them.

What makes Victoria different to clean

Glass dominates the newer buildings, inside and out. The internal face of a full-height curtain wall is cleaned on a schedule rather than on complaint, and we state in the checklist where our remit ends and the building's begins, because that boundary is the commonest source of dispute in a managed block.

Office cleaning here runs outside occupied hours, which in Victoria means early rather than late: the district fills early and empties unevenly, and a seven o'clock start is usually more practical than a nine o'clock finish.

The older stock behind the new build is ordinary Westminster terrace and mansion flat, and is cleaned as such. We do not apply a commercial specification to a flat because it happens to be next door to an office.

Access, parking and waste

Victoria is inside the Congestion Charge zone: £18 a day since 2 January 2026, Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm and noon to 6pm at weekends. It is inside the ULEZ. Both sit inside your monthly figure.

The newer buildings have loading bays, goods lifts and a signed-in access process through building management, which we arrange before the first visit. Westminster parking controls run Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:30pm.

Commercial waste runs to timed collection bands. We work to your building's bands rather than ours, and confirm them in the checklist.

• Move-in and move-out. Worked against the check-in report, because that is the document a dispute is decided on.
